How to extend the delivery time
In some cases you might need to extend the confirmed delivery time of your project.
In this case, please submit a request to your buyer in your project page:
- Login into your account
- Navigate to Projects page
- Open a project you want to extend the delivery time
- Navigate to Customer Support tab
- Click on "Extend delivery time" button
- Fill the form
- Click submit button to send a request to your buyer
What happens after your submit your request
Buyer will receive your request in the project dashboard. He will have option to confirm your request or decline it.
*Please note, that your project countdown timer won't stop after your send a request. Delivery time extension request is just an offer you send to you buyer. It takes effect only after buyer's approval.
When buyer declines your request
Then project delivery deadline will be the same without any extension. To avoid this, you should explain to the buyer in details why you need to extend the delivery time.
When buyer confirms your request
Then project delivery deadline will be automatically enlarged with the specified time in your request.
Please note that the number of days you request enlarge only the selected milestone, not a whole project.
